Our approach is to act as the facilitator of the process of organization diagnosis, scenario development, strategic choices, contingency plans, resource deployment, implementation planning, etc.

Where necessary we provide expert input, drawn from our background as Organisational Psychologists, as well as our consulting experience across many sectors, cultures and continents.  

OrgDev is a closely networked consultancy which draws on a number of experts and facilitators spread across the world, who share our approach and consulting philosophy. Their assistance as consulting partners are contracted when required.

In specialised applications such as assessment and personal development, we work within the framework of the International Codes of Practice of Psychology and within South Africa we subscribe to the Ethical Code of Professional Conduct of the Professional Board of Psychology, the Regulations of the Health Care Professionals Council of South Africa and the Code of Practice for Psychological Assessment in the Workplace in South Africa.
